TLDR
Using Claude and Higsfield, a mobile golf simulator rental business was started from scratch with a $3000 budget in under 60 minutes, producing a website, logo, promo video, and ad copy. The experiment shows that AI can reduce the setup time for a service business from weeks to under an hour, though the ad campaign itself was not launched due to time constraints.
Key points
The business chosen was mobile golf simulator rentals, based on Claude's research and Google Trends data.
Equipment cost $2,400, leaving about $400 for domain, Higsfield subscription ($99), and ad spend.
Higsfield Supercomputer generated the logo, website, images, and promo video using AI models like Fable 5 and GPT image.
Claude generated ad copy, but the Facebook ad campaign was not set up within the 60-minute limit.
The creator argues AI tools drastically compress branding and content creation time compared to traditional methods.

My team just challenged me to give AI $3,000 to build a real business and get it live in 60 minutes. I'm not allowed to film anything or hire anybody or use a single thing that I already own. So,
we're literally starting this one from scratch. And they said that it does not count as live unless when the clock hits zero. We've got a brand, a domain, a website that can actually take bookings,
a promo video, and an ad. [music] Let's see. Can we actually get bookings? And if you want to do this with me, I'm gonna put together an entire workbook that you can download and follow along.
All the prompts, all the steps, all the sites that I'm going to use, everything is going to be there, including the costs. It's going to be in the founders community, and we're giving everyone 7
days free to join, which is more than enough to get in, grab it if you don't want to stick around with the other members of the community. Okay, let's do this. Um, I'm going to be using a
disposable card because I don't want to trust AI with my actual card. And we're going to set a timer for 60 minutes. [music] The timer starts now. Okay, first things
first. What business are we actually going to do here? So, my first idea would be pressure washing. Uh, you know, driveways, patios, that kind of thing. I think it's a great business. I've always
thought about it and people always need it obviously and you can actually see the results which I love. Uh but I've never looked at how much those machines cost. So let let's have a quick look. Um
I mean definitely this could be a good one. We have all the way from probably $150 uh to maybe $600. All of my prices are in Swiss Franks because I [music] live
in Switzerland. We're actually going to keep track of everything I'm going to be spending money on on the side. So, you see everything that I'm going to be spending money on. Okay. Okay. Time is
passing. Stop talking. Okay. So, this one is an option, but it is not a professional one probably. Um, let's see. Yeah. Okay. So, I was wrong. Uh,
professional ones are even more expensive. We're talking over $1,000, probably about $1,500. But I guess it could work. The equipment is a important aspect that we need to keep in mind as
well as the ROI that we're going to get from it because I am not really sure how much we can charge every single [music] client. So let's think about more. Maybe one that does not require a lot of
equipment is cleaning. You know, business or commercial buildings, uh, cleaning. And honestly, I also really like this one. It's cheap to [music] start. The margins are great. But I
think there's a problem there. Um, it's a business that starts with a phone call, not [music] a website. And I need customers before I would need a brand. There's no way that I'm going to get
commercial cleaning contracts in 60 minutes. So, I think this one is probably a no-go for today. But, there's another idea. Maybe putting a down payment for a laundromat. Obviously, I'm
not going to buy one with $3,000, but maybe a down payment. Okay, so let's see just as an idea how much they cost and whether down payment would [music] work. Um, clearly that's
not something that we can afford. I mean, there are some cheaper ones. Hold on. What is this? Okay. So, I think this might be something that we could actually work with. This looks like um
golf simulator device. Um we don't have to get the franchise, but what if we look to buy one and then rent it? Because if we're going to be using it to offer as a service in our own location,
that means I need to find a location and we're already 7 minutes down. So, there's no time to look for more business ideas. Um, I'm going to ask Claude what he thinks about the ones
that I already have. I'm so curious what Claude is going to say because honestly, clearly, you don't have to buy a business to have a business. And the mobile golf simulator
hire I think is brilliant because obviously you take the whole setup to somebody's garage or birthday party or even to the office. We just need to buy the pieces and then rent them again and
again and again. So he thinks pressure washing driveways and patios could fail because buying and collecting the kit eats the [music] hour. I think the commercial cleaning is out already. the
laundromat by far, but I actually really like the mobile golf simulator. So, what I'm going to do right now is because both of them would work and I don't have either. So, that would qualify for our
challenge. I'm going to go to check the trends, simply go to trends.google.com and I'm going to search for golf simulator. probably Switzerland is too small to actually have enough data. So
I'm just going to go for the past five years worldwide. Um so let's see. Oh wow. I love this trend. You see because it's not the shape that matters. It's the fact that it keeps going up
with clear seasonality. So this is amazing. Let's see compared to residential patio cleaning. I mean, I think it's pretty clear. As
far as we're concerned, we are going to go with the golf simulator kit that we are going to rent. Like I said, I have no photos, no footage, no equipment, and literally no idea what I'm doing because
I am not a golf player. Uh, but it sounds like a great idea because here in Switzerland, people are really, really passionate about golf. Let's see how much time we have. Oh my
god, we're down to 51 minutes. Um, okay. In a minute, we are going to go and start spending from the budget that we have. But before we dive straight in, we need to do one more thing, and that is
check that somebody actually wants this. So, I'm going to ask Claude to go ahead and do proper research, the stuff that would probably take me an afternoon. Um, and while it does that, I'm going to
test a few more variations in Google Trends just to be absolutely sure that this is a good idea. I mean, we're spending a lot of money after all, [music] so we need to make a good
decision. We're going to speed through this because you might not need to see every single detail. Okay, the time is ticking. [music] We have 48 minutes and 35 seconds. Um,
Claude is taking its time, but I'm sure he's doing a great work. [music] And next time I'll make sure to adjust the speed and the effort just because if I would do this in more than an hour,
then I probably would want to think more thoroughly. But I don't have time here. While Claude continues to think, what I did here was to test variations of the keywords that I could think of. [music]
And as you can see, no matter what I tried, the golf simulator for rent is by far the best option compared to the patio pressure washing. My god, he went to 71 steps to find businesses [music]
and 83 steps to decide on pricing benchmarks. And now he's looking for demand. [music] Okay, I probably should have tried a simpler prompt. Looks like he finalized all the checks.
Ladies and gentlemen, we have a verdict and it looks like we have a great market as well with incredible prices. So, he says per head budgets are lower than you'd hope, but I think they're great.
And obviously, there is a higher demand during party season and especially when the weather outside is not so great. But definitely this is a great idea. I'm very very happy with it. It requires its
own project so that I don't have to repeat myself. I don't like to do that. You probably don't either. So get yourself projects and [music] set up the right instructions and memory. So let's
start a new project. Now we have our project. We have instructions. It does not have any memory, but I gave it some context and I moved the [music] chat inside this
project so it knows what we're working on. Next actual step is to make sure that we have enough money. Okay, we have [music] $3,000 and that is everything we need to pay from this budget for the
equipment, the domain, the tools, ads spent. Ideally, all of it comes out of the same 3,000 in my card. So, there is no point in building a gorgeous brand and a beautiful website for a business
whose equipment I cannot afford. So, before we make anything at all, I need to know if the kit fits because I don't want to give Claude more time to search, I'm going to look myself.
Okay. Uh, I think we're very much on the edge. 2.1,000 Franks. That's $2,500.
This is already over budget. This might work. Uh, this could work as well. Depends on the exchange rate. This would definitely work. Oh, but this is just the
enclosure. Oh, no, no, no. We need the whole kit. So, for sure this one works. This one is 1.1k in Franks. That's $1,500 probably. Um,
and this one. Let's try this one. Okay, I think we can work with this one. So, I'm going to go ahead and order the kit from 9 ft. Um, obviously most of you probably don't live in Switzerland, so
you should look on Amazon or other places where you have um shipping to your country. For me, this one is the best. Um, I probably could have looked for a cheaper version, but I really like
how this one looks. Um, and if it comes with everything, it says easy setup and it comes with the projector. Um, and the screen and the nets. Um, oh, hold on. No, this is just the enclosure.
Okay, back to search. This would work, but we're very, very close to budget. Okay, this one is much better. So, I'm going to go ahead and order the 1.9K
Franks, which is off the top of my head, and I know my team is going to correct me here. Um, somewhere around 23 or $2,400, which gives us a little bit of room for
the domain, um, ad spend, uh, probably shipping for this, um, and yeah, whatever [music] else we need. Oh, and we need a tool to create everything with. Okay. So, [music]
um let's go ahead and go for this one. Okay. So, um I ordered it. The problem is although I didn't have to pay for shipping in the country, I will need to pay for shipping and probably some
[music] uh customs duties as well because um I have to ship it to the UK and then get it from the UK shipped to Switzerland. That is because this company does not ship to Switzerland
directly. [music] So I did not pay for any um shipping costs inside the UK based on what I know. Usually the cost between the UK and here it would probably be somewhere around 100 Franks.
So let's deduct that. Um and maybe another 80 franks, 50 to 80 franks for [music] the customs duties. Okay. So that means we are going to be left with probably about $400 to $450.
[sighs] Okay. And we've got 35 minutes to go. Oh god. Okay. [music] So, if I had a little bit more time, I would look into who this is for. Okay. Before a name or anything,
you really need to know who's going to buy whatever you're selling because you could sit there and come up with a lovely name and a beautiful logo and have all of it be completely [music]
wrong because nobody's going to book it. We don't have a lot of time. I am going to just go based on what Claude already told me based on the previous analysis. Otherwise, we're going to be here for
way too long and I'm not going to have time to create everything. So, let's go ahead and come up with the name for our business. Okay, so we've got some very interesting
ones. Um, some I would not use on the phone. Probably people would not know what mobile green is. Alpine tea. Uh, probably not. Uh, long drive maybe. No. I would like to use Club 19. Swiss swing
is a good one as well. Clubhouse I think is taken. Okay. So, I'm between Club 19 and Swiss Swing. No, probably not. I I'll go with Club 19. And I need to tell you
something because I spent 20 years in business where this exact thing took months and it was not the making that took the time. It was the asking. Okay? You'd write the brief and you'd get the
budget signed off and you'd brief the agency and then 3 weeks later they would come back with [music] five names and four of them would be names of colors. And by the time anything actually
existed, honestly, half the time the reason that you wanted it in the first place had moved on. This one took luckily 90 seconds. And I need to be honest with you about what's coming
because that's probably the hardest thing on the list. Um, and it's not the website, it's the promo video that I am most concerned about. Uh, because I've got nothing to film. Well, I do, but I'm
not allowed to use it and I don't have the device. Okay. But I'm gonna show you exactly how that goes and I'm going to tell you step by step how you can do it as well. Now, we need to move on because
we have 31 minutes left. But actually, I'm going to stop the clock here for a second um because this is a bit that's not part of the hour and I don't want to cheat. Okay, I said the challenge was
don't film anything, don't hire anyone, and don't use what I already have. So, for all of this, I'm going to rely on Higsfield, and I am partnering with them on this video, and I am going to use the
supercomputer. If you've tried Higsfield before, you probably ran it through Claude using the MCP connector like I have as well. So, Claude was the brain and Higsfield was the one doing the
work. Supercomputer does it the other way around. You pick Fable 5 as the brain and then you run the whole thing inside Higsfield itself. You use the same model, but in a different place.
So, every creative piece of this business, the logo, the images, the video, the ad, the website, all of it, we're going to work on in that one tool because I'm not going to be sitting here
with 20 tabs open, stitching things together with 31 minutes left. [music] And if you're new to Higsfield, this is what you get. You get Seance for cinematic video, GPT image for stills.
You get Soul for character consistency, cinema studio, marketing studio, and the bit that I still think is the best part, I don't pick. I describe what I need and then it decides and it roots to the
right model on its own. You don't need to know the difference between seed dance [music] and GPT image. Honestly, you don't even need to know they exist. Okay, clock back on. I'm going to go to
Higsfield and get a new subscription. So, let's see which one can we pick. Ooh. Okay. So, I need to be mindful of my budget this time around. So, I'm probably going to go with the 3,000
credits per month. Um, which is $99. [music] So, we're going to deduct that from our budget, start a new account, and go ahead and get started.
All right. So let's go into supercomputer and start working on our logo. And in supercomputer we literally do the exact same thing that we would do if we were working in quad itself.
So it has created my brand kit. I think I'm going to go with the electric club. And I'm going to just ask. So, while it is working on the logo,
let's recap what [music] we still need to do. So, once the logo is ready, I'm going to go ahead and [music] get the website started because that's probably going to take the longest since
it will have a lot of visuals. Uh, and while the website will be generating, I'm going to go and look for the domain. Um, and get the domain. We still have enough money for the domain, especially
if we're going to get a doonline one. Let's see what we find available. And then from there, once the website is done, we need to start working on the ads. Time check. 26 minutes and 45
seconds. Okay. I love this first one. Yep. We're gonna go with this one. Now, let me give it instructions to get started on the website directly within Higsfield. And I'm going to go look for
the domain. All right. So, the website is being generated. Now, let's go look for domains. And I probably going to go to namecheep
club9.com is taken. Uh chuh, this one's taken as well. Uh doonline club 19.Oonline online is available and it is less than a dollar per year. Thank
god. Okay, perfect. So, let's deduct that. Uh I wish I would have kept track. So, let me think. The device itself was around 2400. Um the shipping another 100. So, 25
2580 probably with the customs duties. um 99. So that's 2679. 2680 including Higsfield and the domain.
Let's go [music] ahead and add this to cart and check out. Let's come back to Higsfield and see how our website is doing. Um okay, I would like it to be animated.
When is it ready? Should I also list it on the Higsfield community feed? Um, no, not for now. Okay, while the website keeps being built, we have 21 minutes. Um, there's a
problem. Then I have been walking towards this whole time. [music] Uh, clearly we need a video about a golf simulator, which I do not have. I have no photo of one. I have no footage of
one, and I cannot ask anyone for it. So, I'm going to have to rely on Higsfield to come up with it. And this is exactly where it normally um doesn't work because it doesn't know how it's
supposed to look like. So, I'm going to leave the website to get built and I'm going to start a new chat and try and work on some images. Okay. So, let me explain in the
meantime. The reason why I went to generate one single image is because I need a good visual of the kit itself. And based off of that, we're going to generate the ads, the other images as
well as the video. I don't want to risk it and use my credits because I don't have budget to top up just by asking um to generate a video without a reference [music] image. Actually, this one is not
too bad. And honestly, I could have done a much better job coming up with a more sophisticated prompt, but yeah, I think this will have [music] to work. Actually, let's try one more just for
good measure. This already looks insane. And we've got 17 minutes and 39 seconds. Okay, okay, okay. We can do this. We can do this. And if you're new to this or if
you're not comfortable with your prompting, feel free to maybe work with Claude if you have a license or with Chad GPT or Gemini or whichever is your LLM of choice to refine the prompt and
then use that inside of Higsfield Supercomputer. Or you can just use Higsfield through the MCP within Claude if you're using Claude. This way you make sure that the results you get are
better than just by you trying to figure out how to prompt every single time. Oh yeah, that's perfect. That is the room. That's the equipment. I think this one looks much better and also better for
the ad itself. Now from here, every single shot references this image. It's the same kit but in a different angle. And we're going to make that with no camera and no crew and no location. Now,
what I'm going to do because we have still 13 minutes to go, so why not risk it? Um, I am going to ask it to generate a few more angles so we have ways to create a better video from different
angles of the same reference image. [music] Now, let's check in on the website. This is crazy. Look at the video that it [music] made already for the website.
Wow, we can do this. We have 12 more minutes. So, basically, as soon as we're going to get the different angles generated, I'm going to prompt Higsfield Supercomputer
[music] to start working on the video that we're going to use in the ad. In the meantime, I'm going to go back into Claude and ask it to give me the caption and the
headline that we're going to be using [music] in the ads as well. Okay, this is perfect. So, we now have the different angles. I'm going to go ahead and ask it to
generate the video. So it is asking me to provide the logo just [music] because I'm working in two separate chats. Okay, let's take a look at our website.
It's almost done. We have the brand, we have the domain, and we are almost [music] ready with a website that is going to take the booking, but a website is not a business. Anybody can put a
page up, right? But here's the thing. When you have a new website like ours that has just gone live, it's not indexed. There is no audience. There is no word of mouth. There is no way to get
organic traffic from people searching for us online. So, the only way to start getting bookings is [music] to create ads that we're going to run on Facebook and Instagram. So, I already started
working, as you know, on the copy as well as on the visuals. Claude has given us the copy that we're going to be using. All we need is to get the final ad uh creative ready and then we're
ready to go. And we have 9 minutes to go. Plenty. Let's take a look at the website because it [music] is now done. This looks amazing. Ooh.
So, the website already looks incredible. I still have a little bit of time, so I will probably make some edits to it. Okay, [sighs and gasps]
we have 6 minutes [music] left. I need to decide on the pricing to put on the website and then go back to see [music] what are the visuals we're going to be using for the ad. Oh wow. Um, okay. This
looks like a lot. I probably cannot start with this kind of prices for [music] the first um month. I would like to attract new clients. So, let's see.
I like the idea of calling this one apparel. [music] Okay, so I'm going to go with the following. Okay, we have 3 minutes left.
Okay, the video is being generated. and the website is updated. Oh wow, this is even better. Look at the experience. [music]
We can create a booking and request. Fantastic. And the email is correct even. Okay, this is amazing.
Let's see how our ad is doing. [music] We have 1 minute and 27 seconds. Um, what I did not realize is that [music] I need an ad account to be able to run all of this. Um, so let's see.
Oh god, I have to create a new account. Okay, so I am creating the new ads account and in the meantime I need to download all the visuals so I'm able to create the ads. I wish I had more time.
might be able to create so much better copy and visuals and everything, but with 1 minute left to go. Oh god. Okay, I have to find the confirmation code. Okay,
ads manager. In the meantime, our videos are ready. Okay, this is great. All right, this is amazing. Okay, so we have a video. I would
probably edit it if I had more time, but it is what it is. Oh no. Okay. So, I guess that was that. That's our hour.
Anyway, I'm quite proud of what I was able to achieve in 60 minutes. We have the device. First of all, we have the business decided on uh which took a little while. Uh but I'm actually really
really proud with it. Um, we have the device purchased and on its way. We have the website ready and it's looking incredible. We have copy for the ads. We have images and videos that already look
incredible just from a couple of prompts. I have the Facebook ads manager ready and everything is ready to go. So, I'm actually going to go ahead and upload the ads and get this business
[music] running. I was not able to fully get it done within the hour, but honestly, I think we've managed to spend a lot of money and get this uh quite far u in
such a short amount of time. I would like to thank my team for the creative idea. And if you would like to try this yourself and if you'd like to um give it a shot, you will find everything, like I
said, put together step by step um in a downloadable inside our founders community. It is a paid community, but we are giving you 7 days free. So, you can go in and download the guide. And if
you don't want to stick around and take advantage of the Claude course or our AROS 90-day system, that's totally fine. You can leave. We're going to miss you, but that's okay. Um, but if you do
decide to stick around, I'm sure you will find a lot of value in there. So, go ahead, grab your downloadable and give this one a try. It might not be that you decide to start the exact same
business, but the prompts are going to be written so that you can pick whatever suits you the most. So, thank you so much for sticking with me until the end. I really appreciate it. And until next
time, go ahead and watch this video here. Like this video if you did. Be sure to subscribe if you haven't done so. Share it with anyone in your circle of friends or family or co-workers who
thinks it's not possible to start a business in only 60 minutes. Maybe they want to be proven wrong. And with that being said, I'm gonna see you in the next video.
