TLDR
Grockbot is a platform for building coordinated AI agents, and the presenter shares five templates he uses to run his business, including an audit agent, a content repurposing agent, and an SEO agent. A key workflow is connecting Grockbot to a Neon database as a shared 'second brain' that works across other AI tools like Claude Code and Codex. The real value is in automating tasks like meeting notes, content creation, and SEO audits, though some tasks take longer with added context.

I've been using Grockbot to run my business for the last 6 weeks, and I'm genuinely blown away at what it can do. You can build an entire army of AI agents that work on your behalf, but
most people don't even know where to start and which agents to create. So, in this video, I'm going to share with you the five Grockbot agents that I personally use. And not only am I going
to show you them in action, but I'm going to give away the exact templates that you can use and install in one click. I'm also going to show you exactly how I could work between
Grockbot, Codeex, and Claude Code or any other AI agent that I use with one simple hack. So, without further ado, let's dive right in. Now, the really amazing thing about Grockbot and what
makes it so powerful is you could have multiple different agents coordinating with each other in order to perform specific tasks. That means we could create multiple specialized agents for
different things. This is all great in theory, but when you start using Rockbot, it can be very overwhelming because you don't necessarily know which agents you should create or whether or
not you should have one general AI agent that can perform all these tasks for you. So, this first agent template I'm going to show you is actually going to help solve this problem for you. And I
really wish I had this when I first started with Grockbot. Now, this is the setup audit agent. I'm going to show you exactly how to take this template and upload it into your Grockbot so you
could follow this exact step-by-step process as you get started. If you've already used Grockbot, don't worry because if you use this in order to audit what you already have, it might
help you organize a system that you've already created if it's a mess. So, this is how it works. Basically, we can just chat with this Grockbot template and say, "Which bots should I set up?" And
what it's going to do is it's going to audit your entire workflows. So, it's going to ask specific questions like, "What do you do every week? What eats the most of your time? Which specific
tools and plugins do you use to work across your business or to get tasks done for you? and then what should each of these different bots handle. So, think of this like a checklist in order
to audit your entire day-to-day life. And then we're going to reverse engineer how to build an AI agent army around that. And from here, we could have multiple specialized AI agents created
for us. It could create something like a research agent, a content agent, a meeting agent, and it's going to use all the different tools that you use on a day-to-day basis along with the
instructions that you give it. Now, templates are a new feature inside of Grockbot. And basically, in order to get to them, all you have to do is come down to the left side of your screen. And
you're going to click on this button where it shows marketplace. So, inside of the marketplace, we have all of our different plugins, which are the different apps that we can connect,
which I'm going to show you how to do later on in this video. And then what we want to focus on is these bots right here. So, for example, right here, Claire Vo has a trade bot. This guy
named Eric has a projects manager bot. And we could browse all the specific bot templates or agents that other people have created. And that's exactly how I'm going to share this template and the
other four templates throughout this video with you that you could upload and just start running automatically. You could scroll down and see that these are from the Grockbot team. So I could view
all the specific ones that were created from, you know, the team that actually created Grockbot. There are tons and tons of different ones here, but I'm going to show you exactly how you can
download the ones that I crafted for you in this video. So first of all, there will be a link in the description to access this right here. This is how you're going to download all these
templates. And this is completely free for you to download. So do not worry about that. All you need to do is come here. You're going to click on name a fair price. Just put $0 if you want to
hypothetically like pay me. Just subscribe to the channel for more content like this. It would mean the world. And then all you need to do is select I want this. Put in your email
address and then select get. Next, we're going to see a link to all the different templates. As of right now, as I'm creating this video, there's only the setup audit agent here, but the rest of
the agents will be included right here as well by the end of this video. So, just go ahead, click on this. Then, it's going to pull up this right here, which is the Grockbot setup audit, which
figures out which Grock agents you actually needs. And as you can see, this was built by me. And this is going to prompt us to open up the Grockpot app on our desktop. So, I'm just going to click
on this, open this up. And then inside of this, you can see all of the context. So, there's specific instructions right here. You can see all the memory files, and all this information is just going
to be preloaded into this bot as you upload it. So, I'm going to click on add bot. And as you can see, we now have Grockbot setup audit inside of our lefthand sidebar along with all the
other agents that I have configured. And what this is going to do is this is just going to walk us through a couple sharp questions for our work and then kind of go through a day-to-day audit so it
could come up with the things and the different agents we should create. Now, what I'm going to do is I'm going to go through this whole audit process and not bore you. And then we could go through
all the questions that it asked me and what I answered after I go and do this. All right. So, I went through that audit process. It was very simple. I think it asked me maybe like five to six
questions. Basically asked exactly what is it that I do. So, I broke down all the different areas that I focus on. It then asked what I'm drowning in most throughout the week. And I responded the
majority of things I want to automate is emails, invoicing, and most of the admin tasks that I really just don't want to be bothered doing. I just told it how many hours per week I'm spending on
those admin related tasks. And then I also asked whether or not I have somebody on my team that needs to be able to see these agents as well. And then here is the recommendation for all
the different specific AI agents I should create. So it recommends I create a main agent, which is the main one that I'm going to be speaking with, an inbox agent to help me triage all of my email
inbox brand partnerships that is able to go and close me deals automatically without me needing to do this, which would be absolutely amazing. and then an invoice agent as well. To be completely
transparent, these are all agents that I have running for me already. You can see on the lefth hand side, all of these I've been running for actually the past month since I've been using Grockbot
pretty religiously and it's been a gamecher for me in terms of helping me with all the admin tasks that I used to have to do myself. I think one cool part about this too, the audit process, is
it's suggesting what I don't build yet. because I think the big thing that most people run into when using Grockbot is they really try to build out a very very complex system before testing out a very
basic system. So I highly recommend just starting with the top three to five agents that it tells you to configure and then go from there and build upon that as you need. Now what I'm going to
do is I'm just going to come here and say, "Hey, can you go and actually craft these agents myself so I don't have to do this?" And it's going to begin building each of these individually. So
I'm going to let it do its thing. Probably a couple minutes later, I will have all four of these created. And I'll see them on the lefth hand side of my screen right here. As you can see, my
other agents. And just like that, you can see we have these four new agents configured. We have the invoice agent, the inbox agent, brand partnerships, and my main agent right here. I'm not going
to click on these because there is some confidential information in here that I cannot see because they went and actually pulled from my email inbox. They looked at all the invoices that I
need to generate and all that stuff. So, I'm not going to open that up. But now hopefully after using that template, you have a main orchestrating agent and then a couple specialized agents that you can
add and edit over time. Now, this first Grockpot template I'm going to show you probably is going to save you money and pay for the Grockbot subscription itself. This agent alone has saved me
hundreds of dollars per month and odds are it'll save you money, too. And this is my subscriptions agent. Let me quickly walk through exactly how this works. This is a very basic agent, but I
think it will be practical for everybody to use. Let me break down exactly how it works right now. So, what this agent does is it has access to my Gmail account. And what it does is every
single week, it's going to scan my email inbox and find all of the free trials and subscriptions that I'm subscribed to in order to track them. Because if you're anything like me, you probably
have like 15 different AI subscriptions or free trials that you've signed up for and you're probably burning through hundreds of dollars per month paying for those different platforms. Well, to show
you exactly what I mean, this just ran and found $940 per month worth of subscriptions that I'm paying for every single month. To be fair, a lot of these I actually do need.
Like, for example, I do use Drip for my business. This is my email marketing tool. I do use the Anthropic Max plan. I do need to use ManyHat. I do use Firecrawl. Calendarly I actually do not
use anymore. So, I could go and cancel that. I don't use Google One AI Pro. I could delete this. I don't use Aqua voice anymore. And I don't use Canopy. So, it definitely identified some
different subscriptions that I don't use on a month-to-month basis, and this is wasting me hundreds of dollars per month. And the cool part about this is we could set up routines. So, right
here, I have this running every single day at 8:00 a.m. to identify new subscriptions that I should cancel. So, let me show you exactly how you could download this yourself and begin running
this automatically. Now, in order to download this, again, you're going to need to come to the templates that you downloaded earlier on in this video, completely free. And then you're going
to see the subscription watcher right here. Then just click add to Grockbot. And this should be good to go inside of your account. Not only have I set this up to run every single Sunday at 9:00
a.m., but this will also flag you whenever there is a new free trial that is about to renew before you actually have to pay for that subscription. Now, hopefully this saves you money. Please
let me know in the comments below if this does save you money and how much per month. Be really cool to see how this helps you guys. All right. So, this next agent template that I'm going to
share with you is maybe one of my favorites. And this one's going to be incredibly helpful. Want to create content but don't have the time to go into Canva or hire a social media
manager? This agent can do all of this on autopilot for you. Not only create the visuals, but it can also publish these carousels to your social channels for you without you needing to lift a
finger. So, let me quickly walk through the flow of this as well as show you some examples of the outputs that this agent gives me. So all we have to do is give our Grockbot agent an idea. So for
example, I could say, "Turn my last YouTube video into an Instagram carousel." And then our carousel bot is going to build the hooks. It's going to build the slides side by. And then our
carousel bot is going to go and do the rest for us. To give you a quick example, here are some visuals that this bot has generated for me. And I'm going to show you exactly how it gives this
output and how you could do the exact same thing here shortly. Five Claude Code hacks. We have our cover photo right here, as you can see. And then we have the more informative graphics. And
then we finally end it off with a call to action. So for example, right here it says comment hacks for the free cheat sheet. And the really cool thing about this, not only can we generate this
without leaving Grockbot using the Higsfield connector, but we can generate visuals like this on autopilot that could generate leads for our business. Here is another example of one of the
outputs. I think that this style just looks absolutely stunning. And again, this was created with one simple prompt that I gave to Grockbot, and I didn't have to make any changes. Now, on top of
those examples, here are a couple more. So, the top one right here is for the chatbt6 Astra release that just came out last week. I think that looks really solid. It's using the branding and the
colors of codeex, which is exactly how I instructed it. And then this one is really cool, too. This shows three new Grockbot updates, created all of the visuals. It even added these screenshots
from the product release on Twitter that Grockbot made to their ex account. So, these are very specific to me and AI related content. It helps me pump out content very, very quickly. But you
could customize this to your own liking, whether you run social media pages for your clients are a real estate agent and want to create real estate listings, stuff like that. You can customize this
template to your liking, but this is a really good starting point for you to be able to create Instagram carousels without you lifting a finger. All right, so the first thing you need to do is
access this template. This is going to be available in the link below that you already filled out via that Gumroad resource with all five of these different templates. So make sure to go
back there and download this. You're going to be taken to this link with the Grockbot template. I'm just going to come here and refresh this and it's going to ask to open up Grobot. So I'm
just going to click on this. And then obviously you could see the context here. You could see all of the memories that I've created in terms of how I want these Instagram carousels to look based
on my preferences. But again, you should really try to customize this to however you want these to look. And then the main way that we're able to create this design with these Instagram carousels is
I have this IG carousel skill that is loaded into this Grockbot template. So before you would have to craft this yourself, go back and forth, but since I went and did this for you guys, it
should be all good to go. I'm just going to click on add bot. And then we now have this IG carousel bot that is inside of my Grockbot. Now, next up, what you need to do is download Higsfield. So, if
you don't already have an account, make sure to sign up. There will be a link in the description below. This is going to take you to the Higsfield MCP page. What I'm going to do is I'm just going to
select Grockbot since this is the AI agent that we're going to be using, obviously. Then, I'm going to click on add Higsfield plugin right here. It's going to then open up Grockbot. I
already have mine installed, but you just need to click install and it should be ready to go in just one or two clicks. Now, the best part about this bot is I could give it a very simple
prompt. So, I'm just simply going to say create an IG carousel about Grockbot and the top five features to use. So, I'm going to send this off. Odds are this isn't going to be perfect the first time
around, but it's very easy to make iterations if we don't like what we see. All right, here we go. Just like probably 2 minutes later, we now have these Instagram carousels. It generated
six of them for us. So, let me go ahead and click on these. Take a deeper look. So, we have top five Grockbot features worth using first. I think this is pretty cool. It's obviously using the
like little icons of Grockbot. It was able to go and scrape this information so that way it's consistent with the branding of Grockbot. Then the next one says it gets its own computer which this
is very true. So all this information is correct. You could use many bots, one bot per job. Work in parallel 24/7. Pass work between teammates. I think that this is actually really really solid for
the first initial prompt that I gave it. Now here are the next ones. Teach once. Show a workflow once. It saves the steps. Runs on a schedule next time. Get smarter and then it can connect to your
tools. I think that this is really solid to be completely honest. Let's say I want to make a little change to the text. Maybe I don't like the green text here or like the green highlight. I'm
just going to come here and say I'm not a huge fan of the green highlight. Let's keep all these the exact same, but let's use a blue highlight. So, it's in the same style and theme as the Grockbot
blue background. Now, while we're making changes to this, I actually have my phone pulled up right here. And one of my favorite parts about Grockbot is that we could use this on the go inside of
the mobile app. Not only can I generate this from my computer, but let's say that I want to generate Instagram carousels and Instagram posts and automatically post them from my phone on
the go. It's as simple as just pulling up the app and opening it and giving it a very very simple prompt inside of my IG carousel bot and it will go and do all this for me automatically. And here
we go. Here is the change. So, it's obviously very easy to make iterations from their original carousels that we create. I think that this looks really solid. I'm loving the Grockbot theme. We
went from literally taking a prompt to creating these Instagram carousels in a matter of a couple of minutes. Now that we have the Instagram carousels created, we can obviously go and manually
schedule these to be posted on Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, or whatever platform we want to use. But I use a tool called potato that plugs directly into Grockbot that makes this
very very simple to be able to publish this on autopilot. So I don't even need to set this up myself. And then on top of posting these to our social platforms for us as well, we could actually create
Instagram DM automations. So if you've ever seen this on Instagram, people will say things like comment a keyword and I'll send you the link and it will automatically reply to people's comments
on that post and then DM that person as well. And this is not the individual going and replying and sending these DM links to them personally. There are DM automations that you could set up in
order to do this. I personally used to use a platform called ManyHat, but I'd need to go and manually configure this myself, which was an absolute pain to do. Well, Blot has this built in, so I
could just tell Grockpot to go and schedule this DM automation, and it will do it completely hands-off for me. I'm going to show you very quickly how you could set this up in about 30 seconds.
So, let's dive right into this. First, you need to have a Blotato account if you do want to use this. So, if you want to sign up, there is a link in the description. So, I'm going to come down
to the left-hand side where it says settings. And then I need to manually configure all the accounts that I want to add. So, I already have my Instagram page added, my LinkedIn as well as my
Tik Tok. But you just come here in a couple clicks, it'll set up your social accounts for you. And then after we configure that, we're going to stay inside of the settings tab and come over
to where it says API. And this is how we're going to connect this to Grockbot. And this is very very simple to do. We're just going to scroll down to where it says other MCP clients. We're simply
going to copy this MCP config. Come back to Grockbot. And I'm simply just going to paste this in and send this off. So now that we have potato configured, I'm simply just going to come here and say,
I want you to schedule this post with the Instagram carousels to go live tomorrow at 6:00 a.m. Pacific time. I also want you to set up the DM automation where people will comment
Grockbot and you'll send them a link to sign up with Grockbot. All right, so about 30 seconds later, we now have this scheduled. So let's go and look inside of potato. And if I come over to the
lefth hand side and click on calendar, you can now see that we have this post scheduled to go with all these Instagram carousels. It then configured the description as well. And then if I want
to see the automations and whether or not this is working, I just come to automations and we have one that is called Grockbot signup right here. If I click on this, we could see the exact
flow. But we don't need to understand any of this because this is just working. We don't even need to go and configure this ourselves. That's a power of using potato along with Grockbot. All
right. So I want to now show you how you can begin building out a database inside of Grockbot, which can be very, very helpful when you have a lot of different context. We're going to be using
something called Neon. And the best part about this is we don't even need to necessarily know exactly how this works. This is just going to plug directly into Grobbot. So any of this data can be
stored on the back end inside of Neon without us needing to see it. Now let's quickly talk about why we even need a database in the first place. I want you to think of Neon in this database as our
filing cabinet. Grockbot could take all of the ideas, all of the statistics that we scrape and basically put this away into this filing cabinet that it can access at a later date. And on top of
this, not only can we build a database or a second brain, so to say, for Grockbot, but we can connect all of our different AI tools such as Claude Code, Codeex, ChateBT, Grockbot, all of these
to the same database. So we could work across all these different AI applications with the same context. So now all of our AI agents are pulling from our database in order to have all
of this information at our disposable. And now all of these different ways that we can use AI now pulls from the same database so we could have all this information at our disposal. Now the
first thing we need to do is make sure we have an account created. There is a link in the description to sign up with Neon. And then from there we could come into our Grockbot. We're just going to
go down to where it says marketplace and we're going to search for the Neon plugin. So, simply just come here, search up Neon, and you're going to see Neon Postgress, and we're going to click
on this. Now, I'm just going to click add, and it's going to take me directly to my Neon account. And I'm just going to need to authorize a couple of things. All right, so I just asked Grobbot if it
set up Neon, and it pulled up this little card here. All I need to do is come here and approve and continue to Neon, and they should send us back. And once I authorize this, we should be good
to go. There we go. Clicked authorize. I could just click open Grockbot now, and then we should have this configured. As you can see, looks like it is added and we are good to go. Now, I want to show
you what it looks like inside of Neon once we configure our database. So, I have one project right here that I created and I've been adding to this over the past couple weeks. I can take a
look at the Grockbot brain right here. And this probably looks like gibberish if you aren't used to using a Postgress database like Neon. But what I'm going to do is I'm going to scroll down to
where it shows Postgress database on the lefth hand sidebar in this blue rectangle. And then under here we have tables and this is where we could see all of the data that we have been adding
to our database. We have a couple different tables. We have competitor Instagram, we have competitor videos, content ideas, video ideas, video statistics, videos, YouTube videos, and
video latest. So obviously this is custom to me in my use case of tracking all of my YouTube videos as well as competitors videos and using this as a second brain. So that way Grockbot,
Claude or Codeex always has this context to refer to. And inside of this database, there's a couple of different things. We have the video ID. We have the title of all the videos. It has a
specific URL for that video. It even breaks down the categories. It shows that these videos are about Claude Co-work. This one is about AI tools. This video down here is about Claude
Code. All of this information is now stored inside of Neon. And I don't need to do anything aside from connect this to my Grockbot or my AI system. And now we could use this as a second brain.
Now, on top of using this as a second brain for your AI agent, you could also turn all of this data into a functional user interface application that you could share with you, your team, or you
could even launch to the public and build your own SAS around this. Now, the best part about using Neon databases is not only can we use this inside of a Grockbot, but we can plug this into
Codeex or Claw Code and we can work across the exact same second brain that we configure inside of Neon. So, let me show you exactly what I mean. I'm going to come here inside of Codeex and just
add the Neon connector just like we did in Grockbot. That whole setup process took maybe like 5 seconds. And now I can go ahead and try this out. So, I'm just going to say, can you go and pull some
statistics from the YouTube video tracker that I have inside of Neon? And here we go. I was able to pull from the exact same neon database that I created with all of my YouTube videos. It is
called Grockbot Brain that I actually configured earlier on in this video. So, this is how it could work across multiple different AI harnesses or AI platforms while keeping the same second
brain in database on the back end. And Neon is very, very simple to set up. Now, I'm going to show you a platform called Parallel that plugs directly into Grockbot or any of your different AI
agents. And this gives your agents access to research the web more efficiently. It goes and finds relevant pages and pulls out the most useful information in a format that AI can read
very easily. In return, this gives your AI agents much less clutter to process. And it's potentially going to save you a lot of token usage when using things like Grockbot and chatbt. So, I want you
to think of Parallel as an assistant for your Grockbot or any AI agent that you're using. Whether that's Claude, that's Codeex or Claude Code. If I go and ask my AI agent what my competitors
have launched recently, Parallel will then help find the right pages and pull out the information that actually matters from those walls of text, it's able to do so in a format that is very
easy and efficient for AI to read. This will then give Grockbot less irrelevant information and in return is going to save us a lot on token usage. This way, our agent can spend less time digging
through specific research articles and web pages and can be more efficient and useful when giving us answers. Now, this is very simple to set up. So, let me show you exactly how to do so. So, first
of all, we need to have a parallel account. There will be a link in the description to sign up if you are interested in trying this out. And then, just like all of the other connectors,
this is accessible directly inside of Grockbot. So, if I come down to the marketplace and I simply just look up parallel, you're going to see this right here. And I can just click add and it's
going to bring us back to parallel. I'll have to click a couple buttons and we will be connected. And taking a look at the different skills that we have with this connector. We have parallel data
enrichment. We have parallel deep research. We have parallel web extract. We have parallel web search. For example, we could use the parallel data enrichment skill inside of Grockbot in
order to research companies and specific leads and employees within that company. We could get CEO names, funding, contact information. All of this information is now easily accessible since we are using
the parallel connector inside of Grockbot. All right, so in order to test this out, I'm having my Grobbot go and research the top 10 AI companies that I should partner with on this YouTube
channel. And then I wanted to list out the top three contacts that handle brand partnerships and influencer marketing. And one thing I want you to understand with Parallel is this is all going to be
working in the back end. I'm not necessarily going to see this going and scraping all these different profiles, enriching all of this data. Grockbot is basically just going to answer this
question using a lot more context than if I were not to be using parallel. So, I'm going to let this run for just a couple more minutes and we should get this list with all this information that
Grock wouldn't have been able to get otherwise. And here we go about 6 or 7 minutes later, we got this very detailed list of the top 10 AI companies. But this is actually a very good list as
well as it broke down the top people that I should reach out to who run influencer marketing, head of marketing, head of growth, etc. And one thing I do want to point out is again Grockbot
would not have been able to get all of this information on its own without using parallel as well as this task did take about 6 to 7 minutes instead of the usual 2 to 3 minutes or even sometimes a
30-se secondond response that Grockbot would give you. And that's because it's going through and really searching through this data and enriching this information. Now, this next Grockbot
template that I use, I absolutely love and this is my Granola meeting agent. If you don't know what Granola is, it's an AI notetaker that automatically joins all of my meetings, transcribes it, and
then turns it into specific action items as well as just a quick TLDDR breakdown on what exactly was discussed on that meeting. And when you plug this into Grockbot and turn this into a meeting
agent, you could basically have a meeting. Granola will then automatically capture all the notes throughout that meeting, turn those into different tasks, and then we could delegate those
tasks to all the individual AI agents that we've configured inside of Grockbot. So, we could almost use this as a way to delegate specific tasks that you need done, whether in your job or
throughout your business. And I'm going to show you exactly how simple this is to set up. Now, there's a few things we need to do before actually running the system. So, first of all, let's go and
download Granola. There will be a link in the description to download this. You can download this as a desktop app as well as a mobile app on your phone. And then you're simply going to come to
marketplace and then search up Granola just like we've done with all of the other plugins that we've added to Grockbot. It's very, very simple to set up via the plugin. Then, once we have
that, you could go grab the meeting agent that I gave you again in that link in the description. If you fill out the Gumroad link, you will have access to this. So, go and find the meeting agent.
You'll see this link here and then click open Grockbot and it will open this template for our meeting agent. Inside of here, we have some context as well as some memories here. And we have some
skills which is basically going to help you set up this agent for yourself and configure it with all the different sub agents that you have running inside of Grockbot. I'm just going to click add
bot. And then it's going to go and ask us some follow-up questions in order to set this up properly. Now what our meeting agent is doing is it says it needs to map out our specialist roster
so action items land with the right agent. So let's say in the meeting it identifies that I need to send an invoice to a particular client. I could then go and delegate that task to my
invoice agent in order to get that task done. And as you can see here my meeting agent is actually messaging with my main agent. So, if I click on this, we can see the conversation that these two
agents are having back and forth with each other in order to figure out how to do this specific task. Now, one thing that I advise you do is create a routine so that way every single morning or
every week, for example, some at some specific cadence, Grockbot will go and scrape your granola notes in order to get all of the relevant and up-to-date notes that Granola took for your
meetings. Now, if I come into Granola, this is exactly what it looks like. It's going to show all of the upcoming meetings that it's going to join. It shows all of the previous notes that
it's taken. And what I could do, and I could even just come here and start a new meeting and give it a big brain dump. I'm just going to come here and click on new note. It's going to begin
recording, and I'm just going to give it a brain dump. All right. So, there's a couple things that I really need to focus on. Uh, I need to film my AI weekly news video for the week. So maybe
we speak with the content agent in order to help me strategize for this and come up with the main topics to cover in the AS space that are trending. I then need to send few invoices to a couple of
different clients as well as I need to get a TLDDR breakdown from the brand partnerships agent to see which deals are in the pipeline. Now this was a very very quick brain dump note, but I could
just click this generate notes button and it's now going to analyze this transcript, turn it into specific action items as well as the main points from that meeting. So, not only can we just
brain dump this right away like you just saw here, but this will also join all the meetings I have like with my business partner or my team and then do the exact same thing with this. Now,
what I could do is I could come into my meeting agent and say, "Hey, I want you to go take a look at that last meeting I had inside of Granola and take a look at the notes." Now, it's going to use the
Granola connector in order to go and pull that note from that platform. And then, as you can see, I already have this routine running. So, every single weekday at 9:00 a.m., it's automatically
going to scrape granola. So, I don't need to come and give it a prompt. It's just automatically going to give me an update on everything that has been going on inside of my meetings. And here we
go. It pulled the note from just a couple of minutes ago. AI weekly news content strategy and brand pipeline review. So, here's what's in it. First, we need to film the weekly AI news
episode, ask content bot for trending topics. So, basically, it took that entire meeting note transcript and identified everything that was talked on that meeting. And now, it's asking if it
wants me to route these to all the different agents. So, I'm just going to say yes, let's do it. And now, it's going to route each of these tasks to the content bot, the invoice agent,
brand partnerships, and the main agent in order to get these different tasks done. All right. And take a look at this. It routed all these different tasks to these agents. It is now
messaging with each of these agents directly. So, what I could do is I could look at the conversation between all these different bots. So, if I go to the content bot, it's breaking down the
meeting note here with all of this data and context that it needs in order to go and do this for me. Now, the reason that I really love this Grockbot template is it's very practical. We probably all
have meetings. So, it's very simple to connect this to Granola. Another thing I really like doing is pulling up the Granola app on my phone and just giving it a brain dump on everything that's
going on inside of my business. Now, this is when this agent structure begins to feel really powerful because we could have this because we could have a meeting that Granola is listening to and
it can automatically delegate these to specific executive AI agents that we have inside of Grockbot and then those can then delegate to different specialists or operators, which I like
to call them. thing that really levels up Grockbot and adds a lot of utility to it is the specific plugins that we use because not only can we just chat with this like it's a teammate, but it's
going and performing actions across those different apps that you use on a day-to-day basis. And this is really powerful when you connect it to the right applications inside of your
business. So, if I come here and just search for plugins, we have a decent amount of plugins in here. However, there are quite a few apps that I personally use that I cannot find in
this plug-in marketplace directly inside of Grockbot. And I'm going to show you a quick solution that will solve that problem for you. I personally use something called the Zapier MCP. And
this is an MCP server that connects to 9,000 plus different applications and I could plug this directly into Grockbot. So instead of being limited to like the couple hundred apps that they have, I
have 9,000 plus I could choose from. Now, to give you a real life example that I use this for, let me quickly break down an app that I use every single day to help run my business that
I want to use inside of Grockbot. That is called Drip. Drip is the email automation platform that I use. This is where I run all of my email marketing campaigns. And there's no way for me to
connect this directly inside of Grockbot. But inside of my Zapier MCP server, you can see right here that I have Drip connected along with 20 different other applications in this
specific server. So any of these apps Grockbot can now use. Now let me show you exactly how you could set this up. It's very simple to do. First of all, you are going to need a Zap year
account. So make sure to sign up. There is a link in the description to do so. I'm just going to click on get started here. And what we're going to see is the ability to create MCP servers. I already
have quite a few configured for the different AI agents I use. What I'm going to do is just click on create. I'm then going to come down to MCP servers near the bottom. And from here, we just
need to configure which AI agent we're going to be using. So you could do this with claude co-work cla code chatbt openclaw. Basically any of these AI agents you can use this exact same
system with. But for me personally I'm going to click on cursor because Grockbot is a product of cursor. So I'm going to click on this. I'm simply going to copy this prompt. I'm going to come
back into Grockbot and I'm going to come to my main agent and just type that in. Grockbot pulled up this card. Basically just saying do I want to connect Zapier? I clicked yes. Now it's going to go and
do it. It's literally this simple. Rockbot just makes it very easy to integrate with these different plugins. Now that we have Zapier connected inside of Grockbot, there's something that we
need to do very quickly inside of the Zapier MCP. So, obviously, I already have apps configured here. This is because this is a pre-existing MCP server that I created. What you need to
do is you're going to come here and just click add apps. Search for whatever app it is that you need to connect and it's as simple as just like clicking a couple of buttons and it will auto add that app
to our MCP server here along with all the different actions. So, for example, if I come down to drip, you can see there's 23 actions that this can perform. So, it could update custom
fields. It could add new subscriber tags, new email clicks, new trigger link click. All of these right here are things that it could do across that specific application. So, make sure to
just enable all those so it has the most access possible. And in order to test this out to make sure this is working properly, I'm just going to come here and say, "Hey, I want you to use the Zap
Your MCP to pull from my Drip account. I want you to pull some information from my email campaign so I can get a rundown on what's going on for those emails. All right, so now it went and pulled from my
Drip account. So, it's actually showing all the recent sends inside of here. So, these are all of my different email marketing campaigns. Obviously, it's pulling kind of some random information
here. I could have it get really specific and have it pull specific statistics like the clickthrough rate on the emails, how many people are opening it, the unsubscribe rate, etc. But the
moral of the story is now I could connect to an app that I didn't previously have access to inside of Grockbot and I did that thanks to the Zap Your MCP. You don't need to use it,
but if there is an app you want to connect to, make sure to go and test it out. And that's a way to do so. Now, this next Grockbot template that I'm going to show you is my marketing agent.
And this helps with one specific problem you probably run into if you are a business owner. And that is SEO and more importantly these days AI SEO. We're going to be using a plugin to Grockbot
called Semrush. This is basically a platform that allows you to analyze your competitors, find spaces in the market where you could optimize your SEO, not only for Google, but for these large
language models as well. So, if you don't know what AI SEO is, let me break it down very simply right now so you can understand exactly why this is a big opportunity. So, what is Seamrush?
Samrush is a toolkit that gets you found in both search for Google, but also AI. Now, think of the different keywords that you might want to rank for in your specific industry. For example, I run
this influencer marketing agency with my co-founder where we help AI creators partner with the biggest AI brands. And if you take a look at our website, we probably could do a bit better job at
getting us to rank in the search terms for influencer marketing, AI influencer marketing, talent management, etc. Well, we could use Semrush in order to identify the keywords that we should be
trying to rank for. We could look at what our competitors are ranking for. And then we could also boost our AI visibility if we're able to optimize these search terms. And if you don't
know what AI SEO is, basically whenever you ask AI a question, it's trained on specific data. So you could ask ChatVt or Grockbot for example and say, "What's the best tool for my team for this
specific use case?" And then the AI is going to recommend something based on all of the SE and then the AI is going to go and recommend you to use something. and the top tool that it's
going to suggest for you to use is going to be shown because it ranks the highest on that scale. So, if we're able to optimize this, AI can now route people who are searching for a specific thing
directly to your business, your product, or your service. To give you a tlddr, we want to be a part of the answer that AI gives us. If they recommend our competitors, that is obviously not good
for us. And so, this is a really big opportunity if we could tap into this right now before other people start taking advantage of AI SEO. And not only is this something that you could
optimize for yourself, but I do see this as a service that people are starting to sell to businesses. So if you are able to go and find the gaps where specific businesses are missing out on how they
could rank with SEO, you could then use AI to do the improvements, edit the website in order to optimize this. And then you could charge something like a monthly retainer in order to keep your
clients up to date on this fastmoving AI SEO space. Now the first thing we need to do is make sure we have a Seamrush account. So, there will be a link in the description to sign up if you do want to
use this if you're a business owner. And then next up, we just need to make sure we have the Semrush plugin added. So, just come to marketplace, search up Semrush. Just like everything else, it's
very, very simple to set up. Just you could do it in two clicks, and then go and find the marketing agent from that template that I sent you earlier on in this video. All I have to do is come
here and click add to Grockbot. Click open Grockbot and then it's going to begin setting up this marketing agent for us with all the specific context as well as the integrations which for this
and for this agent we're just going to be using Samrush. Now let's go and test this out. What I'm going to do is simply just give it the URL to my website and I'm going to have it go and roast my
website and find different ways that we could optimize our SEO and it's going to give me specific tips on exactly how we can make changes and make this better. So, I'm just going to come here and say,
"Hey, I want you to go and analyze my website and find different ways that we could optimize our SEO. Give me the top five changes that my team should make right now." Now, that's going to run and
do its thing. Going to it's probably going to take a couple of minutes. If you come into the Seammers platform, there are so many different things that we could track inside of this. And the
best part is since we have this connected to Grockbot, we don't necessarily need to use this interface right here. We obviously could if we want to, but inside of Grockbot, it
should be able to go and run all this for us on the back end. All right. So, here is the breakdown that our marketing agent just gave us with Semrush. There are five different changes for the team
right now. First, we need to ship AI influencer agency this week. Looks like this is a keyword that we aren't optimizing for on our website. So, we need to write some specific copy in
order to help us rank for this keyword. It also says that we need to rewrite the homepage title. This is pretty interesting. So, it says Google and AI overviews need AI influencer creator
talent agency in the title on the first screen. If I come back to our website on the first screen, it does not have any of that copy, which is a missed opportunity for us. It also shows that
we should split the site into different crawable pages because right now we only have three or four different pages on our website. It's more of a landing page as opposed to a fullon optimized site.
Now, this is some pretty detailed SEO information that I definitely would not have known without using Semrush. And what I could do is I can now turn this into action items and send this in a
Slack channel with my web developer team. So they could go and begin making these changes to our websites in order to optimize this. All right. So I'm just going to come here now and just say,
"Hey, I want you to go and post these action items to the Slack channel called website." So that way my developer team knows exactly what changes to make in order to optimize our SEO for our
website. And here we go. Inside of our website page inside of Slack, we now have these action items. This is pretty cool. Obviously, you could begin to see the power of using Semrush, but also
connecting this to things like Slack or Gmail where your team is working. So that way you could update them as well with all of these optimizations that your team can make. There we have it.
Those are the five Grockbot templates that I'm personally using. Hopefully, this gives you some clarity on exactly what you could have Grockbot do, as well as I hope it generated some ideas of
what exactly you can build with Grockbot and templates that you could build for either you or your team. If you want more videos on Grockbot and different AI tools like this, make sure to subscribe
