Hermes Agent just got 10X Better... I’m Done

Hermes agent is the best AI agent on the planet. And it just got even better. And in this video, I'm going to show you five new [music] powerful upgrades that are going to save you time, make you unbelievably productive, and stop you from falling behind. And the best part is that they are unbelievably simple to add. So, grab that coffee. Let's dive straight in. And I'm going to show you this across five levels. Five levels of updates that you have to actually grasp. And if you make it to the end of the video, you will have a way more powerful Hermes agent. So, we're going to begin off with number one, which is the new brains. Humans can't change their brains, but Hermes agent can. Now, three big models I need you to put on your radar right now. Grock 4.5, Chat GPT 5.6, and Kimmy K3. Kimmy K3, and I'm going to show you how you add all three of those right now together is essentially the new design agent. We think that it was kind of distilled from Opus. This is an example of what it did on a website. This is what it's like on the benchmarks. It's fairly similar. It is an incredible design powerhouse at a substantially cheaper price point. The other one that we're going to want to add into our Hermes agent is going to be Grock 4.5. So, let me show you how you grab all these three together. And so, if I open up the Aentic operating system, I can come down and select it. So, GPT 5.6 we can access with our chat GPT subscription. This is the default model that I'm using now in Hermes agent. It is a very powerful model and you can do so much with it included in your chat GBT subscription. If you're on the max plan with chat GBT, you can go medium or high. If not, if you're on the $20 plan, go slightly lower. So, that is a key one. You have to get that integrated. Now, the other one down here that you can use, if I can come down on this Aenta West, I can actually go ahead and use Gro. So, if I come down here, you can see Grock for the X sub. You set it up in exactly the same way. And I have Grock 4.5 enabled. So I can say something like, "Hey there, uh, which model am I currently using? Go ahead and send this one off." Now, here's the thing about Grock. Grock is very quick and very cheap. And as you can see, it comes back and confirms what that is. So it is lightning fast. You can ask it any series of questions that you want to. Crucially as well, I could say, "Hey, go ahead and find for me three very interesting updates on Hermes agent that occurred with high view velocity in the last 5 days. anything you think that I should know about. Now, the brilliant thing about Grock and why this is so cool and such a good update is it can actually go through to X and grab everything that you need from X itself, which is why it's just so easy to do that. And as you can see, we now get some information such as the fact that Hermes is now running at a $1.5 billion valuation. And by the way, if you're new, I'm Jack. I built this on my last tech startup. And just as short as a sunrise in the morning, we get new model updates every day. So, I'd love to know down below, let me know what model you're currently using and why. I'd love to hear about that in the comments. So, let me know. But now we've used axe. Let's go ahead and try another model. Let's use the Kimmy model. And again, this is all accessed via open routter. You want to have your oorthth subscriptions for chatgp and for gro. And then we want to access every other model using open router. Of course, you can use Hermes as well. I think it's great to support the team doing this, but open is another great option to get every model that you want to. And so, I open up a brand new chart. I'm going to come down here and grab Kimmy K3, which I think is fantastic. We can now challenge the design capability of Fable 5 using a much cheaper model. The only one watch out is it takes slightly longer. So, first of all, I'll just validate the model. Hey there, which model is this? And send that one off and get it to confirm it. One cool thing that I think is great to have in your Aentic OS is this token tracker down here in the bottom right hand corner which tells you how much context it's got and what percentage of that that you're physically using at the moment. Okay, now we've got the suspicious Chinese looking symbols coming back. Let's go ahead and drop a prompt. I might say something like, "Hey there, create for me a onepage beautiful presentation for glido.com." Straight over to the website. Grab the font, grab the brand if you want to. Just a really simple onepage beautiful presentation. Okay, no more context than that. And then I'm going to send it off. The way that I just the quality of a model is effectively how small a prompt, how vague a prompt can I give it and it still understands everything that I want to do. Example being if you hire a head of marketing, how vague do you need to be? And they still do the job. I could say grow our online business and they're like, I know exactly what I'm doing. I'm doing SEO. I'm doing paid ads. Whatever the thing might be. And guys, look at this. This is really impressive. The voice life for every app. I would feel that I'm actually looking into the bowels of my own website now. It's got this fantastic thing. It's got different logos that pop up. It's grabbed that beautifully. It's got the text. It literally has grabbed everything perfectly. I'm so impressed with that. Then if I click try Glider Free, does that work? It does. And then we're back on the website. So really impressed with it. It does take some time. I'm pretty sure that my hair grew out like almost a full foot whilst I was waiting for it to come. But that said, it's roughly I think it's it's cheaper than Opus 4.8 and about 30% the price of Fable 5 for what people think is comparable quality. So let me know down below if you want me to do a video on that. I'm very happy to deep dive into it, but a must-have in the arsenal for your Aentic OS and for Hermes. Now, using these models is one thing, but the problem is if they take ages to get things done, we're still going to be waiting for a long time, which is where the next level, level two, comes into place here, which is what we call the speed update. Now, this is going to silently make your world a million times easier in the background. And the idea here, the update is the fact it does parallel tool calls much faster. Previously, it was basically calling people one by one. It calls Gmail, then it calls this, then it calls that. Now, it can do all of them at the exact same time. Let's actually put that to the test, and I'll show you what I mean. And before we test this, guys, if you don't have the latest version of Hermes, I want to come over to your aentic terminal and just say, "Hey there, I'd like to update to the latest version of Hermes." The really cool thing is essentially you can just give that command to Hermes and it will do it itself and do the full update. So then I'm going to move over to Telegram, another place that we can actually chat with Hermes. I'm going to give it the below prompt, which is this. I want you to do four things for me simultaneously. Um, what are the latest three updates in Hermes? Tell me if I have any unread emails. Tell me what my next appointment is in my Google calendar and also tell me the temperature in Dubai. So using this new system, we can do these tool calls in parallel. So multiple things happening at the same time rather than one after another. Meaning this stuff gets done so much quicker and you're not waiting around getting to a thousand years old while your kids grow up and enjoy their lives while you're waiting for Hermes to come back to you with an answer. Beautiful. And after just a couple minutes, it's gone ahead and found the updates. I need to refresh the connection in Zapia for this to work. And it's got me the Dubai temperature. So, this is going to run silently and quickly for you in the background. And speed is one thing, but it takes us nicely onto level three, which is an even bigger update on the speed front. And this is the web search. Now, web search itself has gotten according to Hermes 60 times faster and that's because traditionally Hermes would go ahead scrape the website and it would pay another AI to summarize that website effectively meaning it took ages to do that. What we can do is use this incredible web search upgrade and we can take it a step further by using something like firecraw to get even more data and insights faster than ever whilst also saving a significant amount of time and money. It reads it 60 times faster. It is 49 times cheaper to do and it can be done in a matter of seconds. So 15 seconds rather than almost three minutes. And so let's go over to Hermes and give it a prompt. Hey there. I want you to go ahead and research Kimmy K3 compared to Fable 5. I want you to look at pricing. I want you to get from multiple different resources. And I want you to use Kimmy K3 to design a beautiful one-page interactive HTML presentation. Also bring in let's say Opus 4.8 eight as well. Use logos, make it look gorgeous. And I want you to also leverage fire crawl and the research of this also. All right, but go ahead and send that one off. And the reason why I use firecrawl is because when it scrapes a website, it doesn't give it all the HTML garbage, the H1 tags, all the ads, all of the context that you don't actually need. Firecrawl itself only extracts the key text and passes that over to Hermes agent, meaning that it's getting only the stuff that it actually needs and none of the nonsense. The other really cool thing that we can do with firecall is extract brand identity. That's one of the reasons why with Kimmy K3 earlier we were able to get those beautiful logos. Just to show that looks like if you do come over and enter in let's say this is exactly what Hermes agent has the ability to grab. If I come down to format I can come down here to branding right and just go ahead and start scraping and this is essentially kind of web browsers for agents that we can now bring over to Hermes agents. Look at this 93% of tokens saved. We can come down. We can check out the branding. It's got the logo. It's got the OG image. It's got all of our colors, our typography, and even what fonts we're using. This is why this is such a cool thing to do. And it can do like a gargantellian thing inside Hermes. There is nothing more comprehensive than this. We start off with Hermes foundations, how to set up Hermes, powering it, memory systems that go into a significant amount of detail. So you get so far ahead how you connect anything. Hermes power features the operating system um security compliance and even monetization and you also get the full Aentic operating system that you can immediately download if you want to get light years ahead of everybody else. And of course we've got the cloud code version as well which is absolutely killer. I get messages about this every day. It's crazy beautiful. And then we have this fantastic gorgeous presentation that talks about the difference between Kimmy K3 Claude Fable 5 and Claude Opus 8. The premium compounds quickly and we can see the price difference. So based on 10 million tokens, Kim K3 is $54 versus 180 for Fable 5 and then we got uh 90 OPUS 4.8. We can see how it does on intelligence on coding agentic. But of course, Kimmy realistically is all about the design which is fantastic and we got this whole breakdown. There's no universe winner. There's a clear fit for everything. Kimmy is best value and the rational default for blah blah blah. What's really cool as well is if we come back over to the agentic operating system right here, you can see all the artifacts that we're creating with Hermes agent are stored very neatly and beautiful here. So, this is one of the ways that we can kind of, you know, create anything with Hermes agent, maybe invoices, PDFs, and if I want to access it, I just click on this like so and then I've got it here and it's there for me whenever I need it in my OS. But then this takes us on to one of the most biggest improvements I've actually found in using Hemis agent and I call this the intelligence brief. Now, we're all familiar with the idea of a morning brief. We wake up and we get a beautiful message from Hermes. But I'm telling you right now, if you haven't connected your email and your calendar to your Hermes agent, you are missing out. And it is so unbelievably easy to do. Let me show you exactly what I mean. So, the first thing you do is come over to mcp.zapy. I'll put a link down below so you can grab it. And effectively, we can add any apps we want to. I've gone ahead and added Gmail. You can click on this and you can essentially give it the permissions that you want to. This is so overpowered, it's unbelievable. in any app that you want to add in there. For example, Google Sheets. You select the thing, you come down, you take the boxes of the thing that you want and you click connect. Now, why is this so important? This is important because the models are getting way better. So, when I click on connect, for example, it comes up. I just connect. I sign into my account. Now, what you must do is don't give it the ability to send emails, only the ability to read, to draft. Here are the ones that I give it. Quick draft, labels, find emails, and then Google calendars. Then once you've done that, I want you to head over to the connect button. Then essentially guys, you're going to click on this regenerate token button and you're going to get a line of code. Then in this conversation, you can effectively connect that with Hermes agent and then you're going to give it this prompt. Now what I'm going to show you the next level after this is my favorite thing. It is ridiculous. But here's the prompt that you're going to give this. I want to get a morning brief every morning. Check my emails, check my calendar, and tell me what I have on the day and what I should focus on. And crucially, I want you to look at all the things that you've been saying to me on a weekly basis. Interview me about um you know, how good was this brief? How could it be better? And I want you to improve each brief based on that. And then you're going to send that off. So every morning you're getting your executive intelligence. It gives you a weather update. It tells you things that you're getting in your inbox. I've had times where I've had this drop in my inbox and I'm like, "Dude, I had no idea I had this email come in the last 12 hours. It is literally saved my bacon on a few occasions. It's crazy." Then it says on your radar today's focus this week. I know this sounds really this is one of those powerful features in Hermes and now we have access to these incredible memories and the thing that everybody misses is the extension of this. In other words, think about what you say to me on a daily basis, but also think about it in the context of everything you've said across the week, across the month, and all of our conversations. So, this takes us to level five, which is improving the output of your Homie's agent with proof. And once I've shown you this, I have a bonus one which honestly I've saved for last because it got me really excited and it has changed the way that I'm using my computer. You'll see exactly what I mean in a second. But level five itself is a bit of proof of the we ask and give a goal to our Hermes agent and then what it needs to do is give us proof of the thing. Show us evidence that it's actually gone ahead and accomplished that. So these are actually called completion contracts. I heard that I was like I love the sign of completion contracts. Here's how it goes. So you do for/g gold and then you give it a prompt. I say hey s every list follow my downloads and subfolders by type verify that it's downloads sharing directories and then the boundaries is basically downloads only. So essentially you can hit verify hit a semicolon and explain what the constraints are for that completion contract so that the judge knows that this thing has been completed. And guys, before my very eyes, I'm seeing organization the likes of which we have never seen before in the Jack Roberts download folder. I am amazed and impressed at this. I shouldn't say amazed. I do this every day. But the point is it's very freaking cool and it's done all and it's given us some actual proof. Now, what's really key and important to understand here, we can set verification. So, you can say, "Hey, this is how we verify that it's done. We can say the constraints. In other words, what I don't want you to do being explicit." And then you can set the boundaries. So once you set a goal, there are these kind of subcategories that you can add onto it to make sure it achieves it. I think these completion contracts, they don't only sound cool, they are epic, but not as epic as the bonus step that I'm going to show you right now. And the bonus level is a memory that compounds. So you'll have seen this thing in the background. What you're looking at here is my obsidian brain. This effectively has all of the information about me that lives on my computer and I can access it and essentially Hermes agent can access it. I go in detail about this in the Hermes master class exclu. It's very very cool. But there's a really interesting factor here and that's like what if you're on your computer as we all are all the time. And you're thinking, you know, I would really love to be able to add this to my Obsidian memory. Well, I built a plugin for this. Now, check this out. If I highlight this, I can say something like this. Add this to my Obsidian memory. Okay, so I'm using Glider the voice dictation thing, but it's got a very it's got a gentle where you can build tools. And one of the cool things I did is I can allow this always. I can grab URLs and I can actually add it to my Obsidian vault, which is incredible. And so now Hermes can access information, but I can also do things like this. If I come off first, I can come here and say something like summarize. Give me a TLDDR about this website in three bullets. Keep it concise. So the idea is we're bringing in this kind of like tool that we use on our computer and bringing in agentic mode. Now look at that. That was so quick that literally traveled back in time to give me information and it explains the high agency. And the other thing that I'm doing here is if I go to YouTube for example, okay, I've typed in growing on X as for instance. Let's say I come and grab this video and I click on it as one example. What I can do and let's say I want to give this information to my Hermes agent. What I can do is come over here. I can press this button and be like add this to my Obsidian knowledge base. Okay, now check this out. Add this right to knowledge base. I'm going to always allow that. And then it's going to be added to my Hermes agent. Now, what's really cool here is if I go and chat to homies now, he will have access to all of this information. So, for example, what I might do here is come back and say, "Hey, just give me the TLDDR of this video. Um, give me four or five bullets. Keep it concise." So, let's just get a little bit of an overview of this video so we can understand what it's about. So, we come down here. The great reply to 100 tweets daily for a test every day should big spikes blah blah blah. That's awesome. Now, check this out. If I go over to my Hermes agent here on the right hand side, and I'm going to exit this for half a second. I'm gonna say something like, "Hey dude, go and check my Obsidian memory. I would like to know some tips about growing on X. And if you do have a couple of tips on that, if you could just tell me what is the source of that, the title of that uh and anything about that would be really helpful. Thank you." And then we can ask this. So, this is a a beta feature in Glider that we built. It's our speech to text startup. It's um it's free to download and play with that. I'll put a link down below. And whether you're using Gladio or not, what you can do as well if you want is actually copy the URL of any video. You can come over to Hermes agent and you can actually drop that in. You can do forward slash learn and then drop this in and say I want you to learn and consume all of this information. You can do things like that. You can give it directly. The reason I really like using Glad on this one as well is because I can be on my computer. I can be doing anything and it literally all saves it into my Obsidian memory which is incredible. And just like that, it's coming down and look at this. Here's what's actually in your Obsidian Wiki on Growing X. Not my opinion. Best source. I reply to 100 tweets a day for 7 days. So that entire thing has been added into my wiki and it's given me tips and I didn't even need to come back into Hermes agent. I can do anything here. I could even if I wanted to. So this is massively overpowered. If you want to know how to do that, all you literally need to do, you come up to Glider, just download the app for free. Then when you've actually downloaded it, what you can do if you come down here to settings and at the bottom under I think it's general, you can enable beta. So this this is in beta. It's like it's a new experimental thing and I think it's so got so much potential. So I'm so excited to share it with you because I've been I've had so much fun with this today playing with Her. So I had to share it with you. You can enable this and then effectively if you come on to your tool section like I think in the future it's going to be cool to build out like a marketplace of skills for this. How could we bring him his agent into our How could we do so many cool things? Cuz it works on Windows, works on everything. Then all you're literally going to do is if you can come down, you got this docs thing here. You click on this. All you're going to do is copy this link like so. And then you can head over to Hermes or code and basically say something like this. Hey there, learn these documents and I want you to quote for me a skill that would enable me to tell the weather and save this for me on my desktop under glido skills. All right. And then basically you can describe any skill that you want to do. Just drop that one in for example. It comes back with an example. Let's go ahead and allow that for the session. So my idea with this I think like if you can actually bring Hermes into your browser, bring it everywhere you go. You never actually physically need to leave that. That I think is a cool direction travel. Okay, beautiful. So now it's gone ahead encrypted that for me. I come over in my document. I can see this weather skill bit is built. Thank you very much um Hermes for that. I come back over and then I've got this here. So all I'm going to do is click on import and then I have this weather skill bit just built. I come down, I click on open and then it is there. So, one way to find out, I can come down and just summon glide and say, "Hey, what is the temperature in Budapest right now?" Okay. And let's see if it pops up and see what we get when we do that. The current temperature in Budapest is 20° Celsius. 29° C. Very, very cool. And it's just using that weather skill that we got, which is cool. So, the vision here is like how could we bring everything we do in our browsers, any articles we're on, and bring that knowledge over to our beautiful Hermes agent, which we again we can visualize. And now it's all interconnected with the Aentic operating system. This feature is just in beta, but I had to share it with you because it is so freaking cool. Now, these brand new features are incredible, but if you don't know the fundamental levels from beginner to expert of Hermes agent and exactly what you need to do to unlock the next level, you're never going to reach your full potential with this technology.
